A very beautiful royal-blue, secondary copper mineral found in the oxidized zones of Copper-bearing ore deposits. Azurite is often found in association with Malachite. This is a very showy piece is predominantly Azurite, the matrix has been trimmed to reduce the weight and for display purposes. A lovely cabinet specimen.
